Located in the heart of the most cosmopolitan area in Lisbon, Avenidas Novas, this 6-floor building from the 20th century (1913/1914) witnessed a complete revamp inside and out. The facade, entryway and interior common areas were recovered, enhancing its charismatic and historical elements.

A new elevator and a new infrastructure network was installed, upgrading the building to match contemporary living standards. Furthermore, the exterior balconies were recovered, with new windows and a lighting sytem installed. All apartments were sold before renovations began.
