Located in the heart of downtown Lisbon in Baixa, this 200+ year old building has been home for many family generations, offices and local businesses. It is part of the "Marquês de Pombal" architecture style, with construction techniques following the earthquake of 1755.

In order to upgrade the quality of living, a glass elevator was installed, the stairwell and all common areas were restored, while the infrastructures network completely updated. This 4-story building renovation took 8 months to complete.
