Built in 1933, this charming building is located in the small enigmagtic neighbourhood of São José, on the eastern hillside of Avenida da Liberdade. With its own character, due to its scale and location, the building’s original balcony structure, materials, and architectural portrait have been preserved during the rehabilitation process. However, a new roof and steel structure for the balconies was installed.

Moreover, the facade was restored, while the window frames and building infrastructures were replaced. Both kitchens and bathrooms were completely renovated, bringing sophistication and style.
