Cordoeiros 30 is located in the lower part of Bica, one of Lisbon’s most charismatic neighbourhoods, where you can feel life in every street corner, restaurant and face you encounter. Facing the Tejo river, this tall and ancient building has lots of history and stories to tell. Its retrofit covered almost the structure of the entire building, revitalizing this neighbourhood on the inside, giving it a well deserved new look.

The roof was rebuilt and the facades, structure and common areas of the building were rehabilitated. Morever a lift was introduced, the window frames replaced and all infrastructure networks upgraded. The interior of the apartments was also renovated, with the apartments on the ground, 4th and 5th floors fully equipped and furnished with unique designer pieces.
