Located between Cais do Sodré and Santos, Boavista 152 sits in a burgeoning area of Lisbon. Within a 200m radius, we can find the coolest and newest Specialty Coffee places, shops, galleries and restaurants. Originally built in the 20th century, the tiles in the building’s facade were completely restored, with a new ground floor installed. Furthermore, the exterior balconies, stairwell and all common areas were restored, while the infrastructures network completely updated.
