A mark in of Lisbon’s most emblematic and traditional neighborhoods, Campo de Ourique, this corner building has an imposing presence. The full rehabilitation of this building included maintaining all existing architectural features, while adapting to modern living requirements. An elevator was introduced, the stairwell and common areas were recovered, a new roof built, the structural elements restored and the window frames and infrastructures networks updated. All units were sold before renovation.
