Located in the old town of Lisbon, across the famous street of "Bacalhoeiros", this building features the "Marquês de Pombal" architecture and construction technique. As part of our project, all common areas and structural elements were completely restored, respecting the unique character while breathing new life to this storied building.

Furthermore, new PVC windows, lighting system and infrastructures networks for electricity, water, and gas were installed. Given its strategic location, all apartments were sold to mostly investors looking for a return in the real estate short term market. All units were sold before renovations even began.
