Designed by architect Vítor Piloto, this “Art Deco" building from 1931 features 5 stories and a basement turned into an apartment. The building faces NW and SE and has 1 apartment per floor.

The facade, entry and apartament doors were rehabilitated while structural elements were replaced. Furthermore, common areas were completely recovered, featuring a new lighting system to bring much deserved life to the buidling.
