Located in Chiado, next to the emblematic Largo do Carmo that features the Carmo Ruins, this building is home to 5 cozy apartments, a restaurant and a book shop on the ground floor. It was restored to its former glory, endowing the apartment owners with the opportunity to cater to tourists looking for short term rental options.

The facade and all common areas were rehabilitated, while structural elements were replaced and the original stucco restored. Furthermore, common areas were completely recovered, featuring a new lighting system to bring much deserved life to the buidling. The roof was rebuilt while the ground floor was converted into a garage.
