With a fantastic facade adorned with beautiful tiles, this imposing building enjoys an incredible 180º view of the Tagus River. Built in the first half of the 19th Century, it stands out from the surrounding buildings. Initially built as a common living household, over the years it faced a few changes, with the apartments adapted to several other purposes.
As part of the rehabilitation, an elevator was installed, the stairwell and all common areas recovered, the roof and structural elements upgraded, while the window frames and infrastructure network updated. This revamped building has most certainly breathed new life in the street, respecting tradition while honoring the demands of contemporary, discerning clients.
